Job Summary

Rush Enterprises is seeking a skilled Parts Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering parts to customers and suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver parts to customer, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate last-minute pick-ups or deliveries before leaving the warehouse.
  • Assist with pulling customer orders and verifying invoices for accuracy.
  • Check payments received with invoices for each delivery.
  • Keep accurate logs of daily deliveries and pick-ups, requesting recipient signatures on each delivery entry.
  • Unload trucks each night and turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
  • Assist with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.
  • Support warehouse operations as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three months' experience in customer and delivery services.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the company's insurance carrier guidelines.
