Amusement Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amusement Director to join our team at Round One Entertainment Inc. in the United States. As an Amusement Director, you will be responsible for managing the profit of arcades and cranes through effective staff management and equipment control.

• Achieve sales goals through efficient execution of company policies
• Assist customers and perform minor repairs on various machines
• Plan and prepare work schedules and assignments for employees
• Monitor store inventory levels and ensure adequate product availability
• Supervise department employees to ensure compliance with established operating practices and policies
• Evaluate employee performance and provide training as needed
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate reporting
