About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Service Professional to join our team at Alaska Teacher Placement. This is a full-time, 12-month position working 37.5 hours/week with a competitive salary of $43,800 per year.

Job Description

In this role, you will provide technical support to school district end users, including hardware, software, and professional development. You will also maintain and repair computer systems and peripherals, install and configure software and hardware, and develop and deliver training programs for staff and students.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to school district end users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Maintain and repair computer systems and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers
  • Install and configure software and hardware, including operating systems, applications, and network equipment
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and students on various technical topics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Valid CompTIA A+ certification
  • Alaska driver's license
