Home Sales Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Specialist to join our team in the Huntsville, AL metro area.

As a full-time employee with Smith Douglas Homes, you will be part of a competitive compensation structure based on base pay and commissions.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in residential home sales, preferably with new home sales expertise. An Alabama Real Estate License is also required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and trends in the local real estate market.
  • Banish barriers between prospective homebuyers and their ideal homes through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Showcase model homes, highlighting key features and benefits, to entice prospective buyers.
  • Educate clients on the home buying process, financing options, and available upgrades to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Partner with clients to select floor plans, finishes, and personalizations that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present purchase agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Cultivate relationships with builders and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of homes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in networking events, open houses, and promotional activities to generate leads and promote new developments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Promote the Model Home by ensuring its upkeep meets Smith Douglas Homes' standards.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals set by management while adhering to the Jeff Shore 4:2 sales formula.
