As a Unit Manager/Director - RN at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.
- Ensure patient/resident care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Genesis HealthCare and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on assigned nursing units.
- Manage human resources in assigned units, including limiting overtime and agency personnel, recruiting and orienting staff, assessing work performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.

Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
