Responsibilities:- Monitor and interpret patient data from various sources, including ECGs, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation levels.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Telemetry setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
