About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Homecare Nurse to join our team at Family First Homecare.

As a Pediatric Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, one-on-one care to children with life-long health conditions in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Your expertise will include managing complex medical equipment, such as g-tubes and trachs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to children with life-long health conditions in their own homes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of experience in pediatric homecare or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
