About the Role

As a Gage/Quality Technician at Shively Diversified Management Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations and ensuring the quality of our products. Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Calibration and Maintenance: Perform routine calibration and maintenance tasks on our gauges and instrumentation.
  • Gauge Management: Track and manage our gauges and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and maintained according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees on gaging techniques and procedures.
