Key Responsibilities
  • Perform calculations and operations with mathematical data to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools and devices to manufacture tanks and heaters to project specifications.
  • Apply standard welding techniques to join and repair metal and other weld materials.
  • Perform quality work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and workflow to drive positive change and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Three (3) years' experience in a welding capacity, with a strong background in fabrication and welding techniques.
  • Self-motivated, able to follow directions, and work independently and as a team-player.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment on a customary and regular basis.
  • Deadline driven and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Reading, writing, and basic math skills to understand product descriptions, document activities, and communicate deficiencies.
