We're seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in [location]. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, and actively selling our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.
  • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
  • Ability to effectively promote and sell our products to customers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2+ years of transferable experience welcome.
  • Basic computer skills such as browser navigation, software interaction, and data entry are needed.
