We're seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Analytics to join our Strategy leadership team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive data and insights agenda that transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive data and insights agenda that aligns with overall business objectives.
  2. Champion a data-driven culture throughout the organization, embedding analytics into strategic, operational, and financial planning processes.
  3. Drive the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks, including performance tracking systems, predictive models, and business intelligence tools.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business drivers and ensure that insights and analytics inform critical strategic decisions across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics); Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role, managing teams and driving data-centric strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale analytics initiatives that have resulted in measurable business impact, including revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational optimization.
  • Extensive experience with data management and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, etc.).
