Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing janitorial crews and ensuring they have the necessary equipment and supplies to perform their duties
• Conducting quality control inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Maintaining detailed records of inventory, personnel issues, and customer concerns
• Providing corrective action recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with management to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A proven track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug test
