Position Overview
The primary duties of a Concrete Operations Supervisor include:
  • Maintaining cleanliness and managing waste throughout the operational shift
  • Gathering and preparing materials as instructed
  • Cleaning and preparing molds
  • Interpreting blueprints and work orders
  • Identifying and reporting discrepancies in work orders
  • Measuring and marking locations for item placement in molds
  • Leading or assisting with concrete pouring activities as required
  • Leading or assisting with the raking, screeding, and leveling of concrete as necessary
  • Operating various equipment such as hoists, overhead cranes, and hand tools
  • Adhering to all Metromont and OSHA safety protocols.

Education and Experience
