Job Description

As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care on our unit. You will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. Your strong clinical skills and knowledge will enable you to provide expert guidance and support to your colleagues.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated treatment. Your ability to communicate effectively and advocate for patient needs will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligibility through Compact state agreements is required.
  • More than 3+ years of nursing experience with solid knowledge and clinical skills.
  • Current AHA BLS certification is required.
  • Must meet all unit-specific certification requirements.
