About The Role:
The Talent Marketing Strategist position is embedded within our Talent Acquisition Enablement team, where you will leverage consumer marketing principles to optimize recruitment efforts. Your analytical prowess and creative flair will empower you to design and implement campaigns independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruitment leaders to attract top-tier customer service and healthcare professionals annually.
- Conceptualize and execute local, eye-catching marketing initiatives across various platforms (including social media, billboards, radio, email marketing, and job boards).
- Assess the performance of campaigns to ensure optimal return on investment for recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Strengthen our employer brand through engaging employee and reputation-focused content across multiple communication channels.
- Manage paid media campaigns and customer relationship management initiatives targeting job seekers, while developing and maintaining landing pages within our content management system.
- Act as a resource for hiring events, providing guidance on best practices, brand messaging, and success metrics.
- Oversee paid media strategies on key platforms known for attracting essential talent pools, including campaign management and performance reporting.
- Cultivate vendor partnerships to maximize impact and efficiency in marketing efforts.
- Assist with additional marketing projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing marketing content for both digital and traditional channels without reliance on external agencies.
- Strong writing abilities tailored to various audience segments.
- Proficiency in graphic design, particularly with Adobe Creative Cloud, and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Demonstrated experience in audience building and managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics, tracking, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in leading and coordinating hiring or similar events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in media buying and working within a digital agency environment.
- Background in employer branding.
- Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
