Key Responsibilities
  • Database Support: Provide expert-level support for database servers and systems, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting backup operations.
  • System Administration: Administer database systems, including implementing DISA STIG settings and ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of database systems with other V2X systems and applications.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on computer science or a related field.
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE Certification, with a strong understanding of database administration and security principles.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on database systems and security.
Working Environment

V2X is a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes a culture of respect and responsibility. As a Database Administrator II, you will work in a normal office environment, with occasional support required during non-traditional working hours.

Physical Demands
