Prestige Beauty Expert

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Prestige Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Prestige Beauty Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales in our prestige category.

• Performance: Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales, with a focus on the prestige category and iconic brands.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, recommending complementary products and services, and informing guests of current promotions and events.
• Sales and Merchandising: Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience. Maintain a thorough knowledge of prestige and iconic brand products, including ingredients and benefits.
• Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area. Ensure that makeover stations adhere to company standards at all times.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training, including prestige and iconic brand product training, to enable continuous professional development and drive prestige sales performance.

• Education: High school diploma is preferred; cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrators license where required by state law.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively.
