Job Overview:
The EHR Epic Analyst will undertake essential responsibilities in managing and enhancing EpicCare Inpatient modules. This role focuses on the following key areas:
  • Application Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for the assigned Epic modules, ensuring effective build and support processes.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize programming skills to address daily challenges, including the maintenance and development of complex applications.
  • Workflow Design: Guide the design and testing of workflows, ensuring they align with organizational needs and Epic software capabilities.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot application issues, collaborating with end-users and Epic representatives.
  • Communication: Maintain ongoing dialogue with stakeholders, including participation in project meetings to discuss project status and user concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary support contact for end-users of the application.
  • Develop and implement solutions tailored to the organization's operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project statuses and issues with leadership.
  • Facilitate weekly team communications to discuss deliverables and upcoming milestones.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current Epic certification in EpicCare Inpatient modules.
  • Experience in Epic implementation or operational support.
  • Proficient in Health IT and familiar with Epic tools.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in application development and system integration.
  • Skilled in project management and user needs assessment.
