Job Title: Full Time Behavior Health Technician

Elwyn is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full Time Behavior Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide one-on-one interventions to children and adolescents with a wide range of disabilities and functioning levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement applied behavior analytic interventions and support to promote positive behavior and social skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with the Behavioral Consultant and Elwyn treatment team.
  • Provide emotional support and time-structured activities to children and adolescents.
  • Record behavioral data and document progress toward treatment plan goals.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and teachers to provide immediate rewards or consequences for behavior.
Requirements:
  • Board-certified assistant behavior analyst certification (BCaBA) or Board-certified autism technician (BCAT) certification or Behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Applied behavior analysis (ABA) services and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department of Human Services (DHS) or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities.
  • Excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
