Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the State of Missouri. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to individuals with a history of sex offending behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Missouri
  • Experience working with individuals with a history of sex offending behavior
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
