We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the State of Missouri. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to individuals with a history of sex offending behavior.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Missouri
- Experience working with individuals with a history of sex offending behavior
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
