About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at WFF Facility Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities' mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficient in chiller operation and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proficient steam boiler and pressure vessel operator
  • Perform major and routine maintenance, service, repair and installations on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls as assigned.
  • Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls systems as assigned.
  • Operate and perform all diagnostic system checks on all heating and ventilating equipment and controls as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 2-year Military, Vocational or apprentice training in HVAC
  • Journeyman HVAC license
  • Five years experience in commercial HVAC
  • Technical/educational skills
  • Troubleshoot utilizing developed analytical skills.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and positive attitude
  • Must have required basic hand tools
  • Must understand Lock out Tag out Procedures
  • Basic knowledge of CMMS and BAS is a necessary
