KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commitment to Safety and Service Excellence.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections (DOT, PM)
Perform diagnostics and repairs on air brake systems.
Utilize diagnostic tools for ABS systems repairs.
Execute repairs on trailer components including floors, roofs, doors, and side panels.
Address minor and major collision damages.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
Conduct wheel end repairs and adjustments.
Perform welding on aluminum and steel.
Carry out general repairs on trailers and dollies.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks efficiently.
Conduct maintenance on Yard Spotters (Ottawa).
Diagnose Cummins electronic engines using diagnostic tools.
Adhere to warranty policies and procedures.
Utilize electronic technical manuals for repairs.
Document repairs accurately on work orders.
TRAINING PROVIDED:
Applicants must be capable of performing quality repairs on suspension systems, lighting/electrical systems, air brake and ABS systems, trailer dollies, and trailer body structures.
Technicians must possess the skills to conduct accurate preventive maintenance inspections and services.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes a monthly performance bonus.Applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
