As a Long Term Care RAI Coordinator at The Orchards at Northwest, you would be responsible for overseeing the Center's Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, clinical authorizations, and reimbursement category assignment for residents under Managed Care or Insurance.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of PDPM and RAI processes, preferably with prior experience in Case Management and/or working with insurance companies. A Registered Nurse with at least one year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility is required.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting resident interviews and assessments, coordinating an accurate and complete assessment process, and communicating with relevant participants to ensure plans of care reflect the needs of the residents.

This role requires a high degree of personal accountability, responsibility, and the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. You will also be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and interpreting programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for providing comprehensive services to residents.

We offer a competitive hourly wage based on years of experience, shift differentials, and a per pay period attendance bonus. Additionally, we provide seven paid holidays, an Employee Referral Program, 401K, and Tuition Reimbursement. Full-time employees become eligible after one year of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year, while part-time employees are eligible after two years with a maximum reimbursement of up to $750 per year.
