Job Overview

Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaner Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects.
  • Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas.
  • Empty trash cans for proper disposal and use a compactor for certain materials.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment.
  • Spot clean carpets, assist in carpet extractions, and shampooing.
  • Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
  • Follow housekeeping schedules and occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be reliable and able to work independently.
  • Have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass a drug test if required.
  • Some prior cleaning experience is beneficial.
Work Details
