Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with accepted standards of practice and physician orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the patient's specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper use of assistive devices and home safety.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • 6+ months of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
