We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Midas - PGW. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing and directing all service department activities, and overseeing the operation of the shop.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers, following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
- Service Operations: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, build computerized repair orders, and source parts.
- Leadership: Lead, manage, and train team members while keeping in tune with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory counts and oversee the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Technician Supervision: Supervise up to ten employees, oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
- General Automotive Knowledge: Possess general automotive knowledge and excellent customer service disposition.
- Leadership Ability: Demonstrate leadership ability, team building skills, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
