About the Role

K.A. Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Surgical/Emergency Room department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and operate medical equipment as needed
  • Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to physicians, and document patient information in medical records
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice
  • Experience working in a Medical Surgical/Emergency Room setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic life support certification
