Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team at Clean Team, Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our floors.

Responsibilities
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment, including walk-behind and riding scrubbers, to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of floors.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, and spot cleaning.
  • Conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Work well with a team, communicating clearly and effectively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow proper safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the facilities team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in floor maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
