Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Supervise and direct nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction
- Current Alabama RN license
- 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Maternal Child, or Behavioral Health
- Current certifications/lenses as required for specific areas of practice
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making decisions that impact patient care and staff outcomes. You will be expected to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and to demonstrate leadership skills in a dynamic and ever-changing healthcare environment.
Physical DemandsThis position requires the ability to stand, walk, and move around for prolonged periods, as well as to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to tolerate exposure to human body fluids, disease, and infection.
