About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Laurel Heights Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our pediatric psychiatric program.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to non-professional personnel, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice nursing in the State of Georgia (or eligible to receive or renew).
  • Current CPR or BLS certification.
