Playroom Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Playroom Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our furry friends, while also providing exceptional customer service to their owners.

• Supervise and train our Canine Coaches to ensure they are providing the highest level of care and attention to our dogs.
• Conduct dog evaluations and create behavior modification plans as needed.
• Provide meals and medications to dogs in our care, and ensure their overall health and well-being.
• Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the playroom.
• Assess, develop, and train other team members as necessary to ensure our high standards are met.
