Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving technical issues and providing product information
* Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate orders and resolve any discrepancies
* Stay up-to-date on new products and services to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
