We are seeking a skilled RN-IMCU to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
**Job Summary:**
The RN-IMCU provides direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans*
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans*
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes*
* Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction*
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and clinical activities*
**Requirements:**
* Current Oregon Registered Nurse License*
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification*
* 1 year of ICU or critical care experience preferred*
