Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Arlington, Texas.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students in an elementary school setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in education or equivalent experience, a Texas SLP License, and American Heart Association BLS certification.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, screening, evaluating, and sharing results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team. They will also develop and implement IEPs for students, review goals and objectives, and make recommendations for appropriate care plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of communication disorders and be able to work with students who have difficulty swallowing or other communication challenges. They will also be able to establish a positive learning environment and provide response to intervention for the needs of each student.

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Average caseload: 55 students
  • Shift: 8am-4pm with a 30-minute lunch
