Job Title: Barista/Deli Associate

Join the Woodstock Farmers' Market team as a Barista/Deli Associate and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a key member of our prepared food and bakery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and drip coffee.
  • Merchandise and maintain the deli and bakery cases, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked display.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 or older.
  • 1-2 years' work experience in retail or food service is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
