Countertop Installer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Countertop Installer to join our team at Spelts-Schultz Countertops, a division of Builders. As a Countertop Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of countertops for residential homes and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install countertops according to manufacturers' specifications
  • Load, unload, and transport countertops to job sites
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete installations
  • Ensure high-quality installations and attention to detail
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy materials
  • Prior construction experience is helpful but not required
  • On-the-job training will be provided
