Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising the delivery of high-quality nursing care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the competency of clinical staff and promoting a culture of safety and quality.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that meets the unique needs of each patient, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements
  1. Education: Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited institution is required. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing is preferred.
  2. Certifications: Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse is mandatory. CPR certification is also required.
