About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in assisting principal investigators with clinical trials, gaining knowledge on trial phases from start to finish, and learning all aspects of the position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with departments on research, working under a research head, and interacting with investigators and managers.
  • Provide education for healthcare professionals and coordinate with Pharmacy for projects.
  • Screen patients for clinical trial eligibility according to HIPAA standards.
  • Help complete study activities, including returning supplies, disposing of unused stock, and addressing all queries thoroughly.
  • Assist with the preparation of final reports for the Institutional Review Board.
  • Develop skills to effectively use the Study Assistant Clinical Trials Management System, as per departmental requirements.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • BLS certification within 30 days.
