Team Lead for Radiology Department

We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the technical activities and functions in our radiology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to supervise a team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the technical activities and functions in the area of responsibility
  • Schedule work assignments for staff members and provide technical assistance as needed
  • Perform inventory control activities and assist in preparing annual operating and capital budgets
  • Develop and recommend departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in radiologic technology or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in radiologic technology, including supervisory experience
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology, CT, Ultrasound, or MRI
  • American Heart Association CPR certification

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $44.90-$67.35 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, there is a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
