About the Role

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides personalized care to our patients, utilizing evidence-based practice to ensure a high-quality and safe birthing experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients, utilizing advanced fetal monitoring, ACLS, and NRP skills
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Support patients in achieving their birthing goals, whether natural or medicated
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Qualifications
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery/Post Partum/Newborn Nursery
  • Fetal monitoring experience required for L&D/antepartum positions
  • C/Section experience preferred
  • Current CA RN License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
