About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Support Professional to join our team at Scott L Busch DO PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist healthcare providers in conducting minor procedures and exam room setup and breakdown.">
  • Process patient registration and coordinate chart preparation for upcoming visits by ensuring all required or requested paperwork is completed.">
  • Screen telephone calls for providers, take accurate clinical messages, and answer patient questions within the limits of own knowledge and practice policy.">
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all patient medical records and information in a HIPPA compliant manner.">
  • Follow all practice procedures in the accurate maintenance of and filing of patient records, documents, and forms.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Certification as a medical assistant or equivalent experience preferred but not required.">
  • Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar position preferred but not required.">
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent at a minimum is required.">
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative processes.">
  • Familiarity with information management programs, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs.">
  • Ability to take detailed notes and accurate documentation.">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately.">
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills with attention to detail.">
  • Ability to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quickly.">
  • Ability to work well under pressure.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Strong computer and transcription skills.">

Compensation:

">

The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience.
