DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

This customer service role allows for full- or part-time hours with flexible scheduling.

As an Animal Care Retail Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our pet care retail environment. You will utilize strong merchandising skills to maintain a tidy and inviting store. Collaborating with your team, you will assist with store resets, create attractive displays, manage stock deliveries, and rotate perishable items. A key aspect of your role is to ensure the well-being of the animals in our care, ensuring they are fed, hydrated, and their living spaces are clean and compliant with our standards.

Your outstanding customer service abilities will shine as you engage with our guests. Whether you are assisting a pet owner in selecting the ideal food, educating a child about pet care, or providing solutions for training challenges, your patience and kindness will be evident. You will also efficiently manage the cash register, accurately processing sales transactions and payments. With a welcoming demeanor, you will greet customers and wish them well as they leave.
