About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically capable individual to join our Warehouse Team as an Order Picker. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient selection and preparation of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and prepare customer orders with precision and accuracy, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Validate product selection and ensure damage-free orders, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Collaborate with team members to clear aisles, stack empty pallets, and return equipment to designated areas.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, with temperatures ranging from -5 to over 100 degrees.
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ pounds of product repetitively, with the ability to move 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to read and communicate in English.
  • Availability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday, with occasional holiday shifts.
