Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment, and identify and report any issues or defects.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance programs, including inventory management and requisitioning of parts and supplies.
  • Display proficiency in various areas, including air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical background preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting.
  • Valid driver's license and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hotel engineering/maintenance.
  • Supervisory experience.
