LPN Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, providing compassionate care to patients and residents. Our flexible scheduling system allows you to choose your shifts and work at facilities that fit your needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and residents
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental conditions and track vital signs
  • Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns
  • Administer and verify medications, track use and effects
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility environment
  • Track medical records and charts
  • Assist with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintain medical supplies and inventory
  • Work with staff to orient and train new colleagues
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved LPN educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • Degree from an approved LPN training program
  • 1 year of experience (LPN or similar role)
