Job Title: MRI Tech PRN

We are seeking a skilled MRI Tech PRN to join our team at Methodist Hospital Westover Hills. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited MRI program
  • Four years of experience in MRI or related field
  • Texas Medical Board License
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
