Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven sales professional for the role of District Sales Manager, focusing on the California & Nevada regions. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and is crucial for fostering profitable growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the MBCI brand and product line within the Commercial Roof & Wall segment, engaging directly with subcontractors, general contractors, and roofing professionals.
• Formulate and execute market strategies that encompass customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue objectives.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of key customer businesses and the essential metrics that drive each account.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Proficiently utilize Operating Systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing or sales management, with at least 5 years in the Building Materials sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with associates, customers, and agents.
• Familiarity with the construction process is essential.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications is preferred.
• Competence in analyzing market conditions and competition to devise strategic responses.
• Strong understanding of drafting, estimating, and inside sales processes.
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% within the market.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $70,000 and $100,000, complemented by an uncapped Sales Incentive Plan, auto allowance, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits starting from day one, along with paid time off. Salary is determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
