About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic - Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete preventative maintenance inspections (PMs) to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
  • Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine problems, including brakes, suspensions, engines, and transmissions
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections (DVI) to identify defects and ensure vehicles are roadworthy
  • Ensure work orders are completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required
  • At least 1 year of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience
  • Mechanic's toolset
  • ASE certifications preferred
