Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Seasonal Line Cook to join our culinary team at Stratton Mountain Resort. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for producing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, full-service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and ensure food production meets recipe standards and product specifications.
  • Work multiple food stations, including Pantry, Flat Top/Stove, Deep Fryers, and Pizza Oven.
  • Adhere to all resort safety and food sanitation procedures.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to management.
  • Support Outlet Chefs in counting end-of-month inventories.
  • Participate in and complete assigned trainings.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
  • Food Allergen Safety Certification (Stratton can provide upon hire if required).
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours or longer and work in hot and freezing temperatures.
