Licensed Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our team at Senior Care Therapy. As a Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychotherapy services to our geriatric population in over 300 sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.
About the Role:As a Licensed Clinician, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individual and group sessions, conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions, and complete documentation within our electronic medical/health system. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the treatment team, Directors, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group sessions to our geriatric population
- Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions during standard hours of care
- Complete documentation within our electronic medical/health system
- Collaborate with the treatment team, Directors, and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Possession of a valid LMHC or LMFT license in the state of employment
- Experience working with a geriatric population is a plus
- History of treating Anxiety, Depression, and Adjustment Disorders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
